Return Policy

When you receive your order, it is important that you check all items and quantities for accuracy before opening any boxes. The product size and style is located on the side of each box. Cabinetco provides a 15-day return policy and will accept returns if it meets the requirements below. The Buyer is responsible for a 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost. Credit will be issued after the product has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 business days of receipt for the manufacture to inspect the returned item(s) and generate the credit.

  • All returned products must be in original packaging (unopened) and received by manufacturer in good condition
  • Items that has been installed are not eligible for return
  • To file a claim and get a Return Authorization, buyer will need to email us at within 15 days of receiving the order.
  • Buyer will need to provide us with shipping tracking information for all returns
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as contact with a transport carrier and arrange for pickup
  • Allow up to 14 days of receipt for manufacturer to inspect and generate credit
  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied for all returns
  • The original shipping cost will not be refunded
  • If returned items are damaged by the carrier during transit, we will provide an invoice and photo for the buyer to file the claim with the transport carrier
  • Return policy will NOT applied for European Collection products due to those are made by special order

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be emailed within 24 hours of the purchase to Any order that has left the warehouse for shipment cannot be cancelled for any reasons.

Procedure of Accepting Delivery

At the time of delivery, it is necessary that you complete a piece count to ensure all items ordered are included in the shipment. Please note that accessories, such as fillers/moldings, etc. may be packaged together. All cabinets are packaged in their own individual carton.

If there is anything missing from your order, before and after unwrapped pallet pictures must be provided when submitting the claim, please take pictures before unload any items from the pallet, pictures need to show all sides of the pallet(s). If pictures cannot be provided, we will be unable to honor the missing items at no charge. Please make sure follow this procedure.

If you see any visible damage from the pallet, please take pictures when driver unloads the pallet from the truck. It must be noted on the driver’s Bill of Lading (BOL) and have the driver give you a signed copy. If damaged item is not noted on the BOL, we will be unable to honor a replacement at no charge. Please also make sure to obtain a copy of the BOL with driver’s signature.

Any obvious shipping damage to the outside boxes must be noted on the driver’s BOL in order to file a claim. The carrier companies are required to let you inspect the outside of the boxes for damage, as well as count up all pieces to verify your order is complete. It is not necessary for you to open the boxes at time of delivery, you have up to 7 days of receipt to report any concealed damages. Please mark any visible damages on the driver's Bill of Lading.

If there was an item missing or visibly damaged on the delivery marked on the BOL, please make sure to scan/email the BOL and pictures to at your earliest convenience so we may process a replacement with the manufacturer.

Replacement Policy

Buyer is responsible for follow the Procedure of accepting delivery (hyperlink) to check delivery and noting any shortages or damages. If any item is incomplete or need to be replaced, customer will need to follow below procedures and file a claim to within 7 days of receipt. Photo of before/after the pallet is unwrapped are required for any replacement claims.

Missing items

Any missing items must be reported to immediately after delivery. Please include below items in your email:

  • Order confirmation # and date of delivery
  • Missing item(s) description
  • Before and after unwrapped pallet pictures, pictures need to show all sides of the pallet(s).

If pictures cannot be provided, we will be unable to honor the missing items at no charge. Please make sure follow the procedure.

visible/Concealed damage

If you find any concealed damage please email us at within 7 days of receipt to inform us of the damage. Please include below items in your email:

  • Order Confirmation # and date of delivery
  • A copy of Bill of Landing (BOL)
  • Damaged item(s) description
  • A labeled digital photo of all damaged items

These are necessary for us to process a freight claim. All damage claims must be properly submitted within 7 days of delivery otherwise they will not be honored at no charge. Cabinetco Inc. is only responsible for providing replacement parts/items, we will not be able to reimburse any additional labor costs incurred by the customer to repair or replace damaged items. Please do not assemble or install any damaged items, doing so will void a replacement claim. We will work with manufacturer to provide replacements as quickly possible, typical lead time is 7-14 business days.

Warranty replacement

Please check our Warranty (hyperlink) for detail coverage. Detail description and labeled digital photo are required in order for us to process the claim. Please submit your request to . After the replacement request approved, we will place the claim to manufacture which may take up to 90 days to receipt due to production and shipping time. Buyer will be responsible for shipping cost for all Warranty replacements.


Cabinetco Inc. hereby warrants to the original purchaser, for residential applications, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential usage, we provide Manufacture limited lifetime warranty for our products. This warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to discontinued items.

This Warranty does not include labor for removal or replacement, and it does not extend to defects caused by improper handling, storage, installation, assembly or disassembly, intentional damage, product modifications, exposure to the elements including humidity which may result in warping or splitting, accidental misuse, abuse or negligence.

Wood Finished Characteristics

Natural woods may vary in texture, color and wood grain, and exhibit subtle changes as they age. For example, wood joints may eventually have visible cracking around the joint area and cabinet colors may darken or lighten over time. Sunlight, smoke, moisture, household cleaners and other environmental conditions may cause materials to vary from their original color and/or warp, split or crack. These variations are considered to be the nature of the material in relation to their environmental exposure and are not covered under this warranty.

Open Joints

Seasonable changes in temperature and humidity naturally causes wood to expand and contract. This could cause joint separation. Cabinetco Inc. warrants against excessive joint separation after the cabinetry has been stored or installed for 1 year allowing for a seasonal temperature and humidity cycle. The cabinetry must be stored or installed in a climate-controlled environment with a constant humidity level of 45% to 60%.

Hairline Cracks

Hairline cracks are unavoidable in wood cabinets, top-of-the-line or not. They occur wherever there's a joint between pieces of wood with grain running in different directions: for example, the joints between stiles and rails on the doors or the face frames that surround openings. The pieces expand and contract at different rates with changes in humidity, since wood movement is much more pronounced across the grain than with it. Painted finishes, no matter how good or how carefully applied, and just can't keep up. Every species and grade of solid wood behaves this way, although cracks are more noticeable on light-colored cabinets than on dark ones. Hairline cracks does not apply to this warranty.

Drawer Slides and Hinges

All hinges and drawer slides are covered with a limited lifetime warranty. If the hinge or drawer slides fail to operate satisfactory under normal use, they may be returned for replacement in 1 year from the date of purchase. Buyer is responsible for the replacement shipping costs.


All claims for defective items must be submitted to with a detailed reason and photos. It must specify, in detail, the reason of the defect and location. After Cabinetco Inc. has had an opportunity to inspect the item, they will, at their discretion, provide the replacement. All replacement parts will need to be claimed to the manufacture. Due to production and transit time, the replacement parts may take up to 90 Days to receive from the date of claim submitted.
