Terms & Shipping

These conditions of sale and shipping terms apply to your purchase of products from Cabinetco Inc. (“Cabinetco.com”) by phone, internet, or other methods.

Orders

Any orders shall be subject to acceptance by Cabinetco.com. After the order is received and credit card authorization is approved, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

Before placing your order, it is your responsibility to verify the confirmation email and make sure everything is correct. Please verify all items and quantities of your orders.

All sales are final for the European Collection products, since these are custom orders. Cancellations and returns will only apply to the American Collection products.

Cabinetco.com will not hold orders once they are placed. You will be required to accept the delivery in the normal time period.

If for any reason an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email with the items backorder status. All backorder shipping charges will be prepaid by Cabinetco.com. However, if for some reason you cannot wait for the backordered item, our designer can adjust the design/order with in-stock items to avoid delay.

Due to the rapid pace of our industry, the availability of our current products is constantly changing. Some manufactures will discontinue a product without our knowledge, thus forcing us to refund your order.

Sample Doors

We highly recommend customers purchase sample doors before placing cabinet orders. We offer FREE shipping for sample doors. Customers can return sample doors to get a full refund or apply the sample door as credit towards the cabinet purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Design Service

Cabinetco.com offers a free design service to all our clients. However, it is your responsibility to verify all designs and measurements before making any purchase. Cabinetco.com does not guarantee or take responsibility for any designs or measurement mistakes/errors. All designs are based on customer preferences.

Our professional designers have been trained to help you with your project to the best of their knowledge. The design service is 100% FREE and there are no hidden fees or binding obligations. We do not need any payment information to start the service. However, we do need your contact information to get started. Your contact information will only be used in case our designer has any questions regarding your design request.

Our designer will provide a floor plan with detailed elevation views, along with purchase item list. All designs are recommendations based on the information provided to us. Before submitting your order, it is your responsibility to confirm the accuracy of all measurements in the design. By submitting your order and purchasing cabinets, the customer acknowledges and assumes all responsibilities that everything listed in the quote is accurate. If a measurement was incorrect or you do not like the design, Cabinetco.com will not be responsible to provide new cabinets free of charge.

Payment Terms

Terms of payment are within Cabinetco.com's sole description and unless otherwise agreed to by Cabinetco.com, payment must be received by Cabinetco.com prior to Cabinetco.com's acceptance of an order.

Shipping Policy

Cabinetco Inc. will arrange shipping to our customers after order approved. With the volume of cabinets that we are shipping, we continue to negotiate for the best possible rates. Depending on the size of your order we will utilize the best mode of transportation to ensure your shipping costs are kept at a minimum.

Cabinetco Inc. offers Shipping credit based on the order amount as below:

*Shipping credit will be automatically applied for eligibal orders.*

All cabinet orders that consists of 3 cabinet boxes or more, will be delivered via a trucking company which will be palletized. Cabinetco.com will determine if the order contains 3 cabinet boxes or more.

Delivery days will vary for each specific location. Standard shipping via trucking company normally takes 8-15 days. Normal shipping via USPS or UPS for small packages (3 cabinet boxes or less) takes 2-5 days.

The customer will be alerted via email with tracking information once the cabinets have shipped from the manufacture that will be making the in-home delivery. Once the cabinets have been received by the terminal, they will call you within 1-2 business days to schedule the in-home delivery date. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct contact information to avoid any delay.

The delivery driver from the trucking company will only unload the pallet from the truck, it is the customer's responsibility to unpalletized the order and move the shipment/items to a safe location.
